The second floor has four bedrooms and a second full bath. Most of the bedrooms of the house look out at the lake, and provide stunning views. A little brook flows next to the house and can be heard from the dining room and some of the upstairs bedrooms, especially in the evenings.
The boathouse and dock offer spectacular views of the lake and Mount Kearsarge, especially at sunrise. The dock has furniture for easy lounging, as well as diving board for fun swimming adventures. You’ll never want to leave.

Owners reserve the right to occupy small guest cottage on the property. They (2 people) would not use waterfront, boathouse or dock.
